Privacy Policy

BoxBandit · Effective October 3, 2026

BoxBandit doesn’t collect, store or share any personal information. There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no accounts.

What stays on your device

BoxBandit saves a small amount of information only on your device so the game works the way you left it:

  • Your settings, such as Auto-Complete Chains, Use Game Center, and the color, board and title you’ve picked
  • Your game stats: games played, wins, losses and ties
  • Your trophy progress, such as boxes captured and steals made

This information never leaves your device and isn’t sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it.

Game Center (optional)

If you’re signed in to Apple’s Game Center and leave Use Game Center turned on in Settings, BoxBandit sends your achievement progress and leaderboard scores to Game Center. Apple runs Game Center, and its use is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We don’t receive your Game Center identity or any other information from Apple. You can turn Game Center off at any time in BoxBandit’s Settings or in iOS Settings.

What we don’t do

  • No advertising or ad networks
  • No analytics, crash-reporting or tracking services
  • No accounts, sign-ups or logins of our own
  • No location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access
  • No selling or sharing of data, because we don’t have any

Children

BoxBandit is suitable for all ages and doesn’t knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
