Privacy Policy

WordGrid365 doesn’t collect, store or share any personal information on our servers. There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no accounts.

What’s saved, and where

So you can pick up where you left off, WordGrid365 saves:

Today’s grid and the words you’ve found
Your statistics: completed grids, times, accuracy and streaks
Your settings, such as Sound Effects and Haptics

This is saved on your device. If you’re signed in to iCloud, it also syncs to your own private iCloud storage so your iPhone and iPad stay in step. That storage belongs to your Apple Account. We can’t see it, and it’s covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy. Deleting the app removes the copy on your device. You can remove the iCloud copy in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud.

Game Center (optional)

The first time you open WordGrid365, it asks whether you want to use Game Center. If you say yes and you’re signed in, your times and streaks are sent to Game Center leaderboards and achievements. Apple runs Game Center under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We don’t receive your Game Center identity or any other information from Apple. You can turn Game Center off at any time in iOS Settings → Game Center.

Sharing your result

When you tap Share, WordGrid365 hands a short text (your time, accuracy and streak) to the iOS share sheet. Nothing is sent unless you choose where to share it.

What we don’t do

No advertising or ad networks
No analytics, crash-reporting or tracking services
No accounts, sign-ups or logins of our own
No location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access
No selling or sharing of data, because we don’t have any

Children

WordGrid365 is suitable for all ages and doesn’t knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
